OntWIG Bylaws

Your executive recently revised the Ontario Woundcare Interest Group’s bylaws. The purpose of the revisions is to incorporate legislative changes for non-profit organizations that will come into effect January 1st, 2014.

OntWIG’s uniqueness is the intellectual contributions from interdisciplinary members, industry and other stakeholders; therefore our bylaws have been revised to reflect this.

As a member your vote is required to adopt the revised bylaws. Without your vote, these changes cannot be implemented.
